Greetings!
Welcome to the Humane Society of Berks County's
Kennel Kapers Online! We hope that you find it
useful, informative, and that it will give you a better
idea of our efforts to save the thousands of
homeless,
abused and neglected animals needing our help
each
year.

Outsider In
April Furry Friday features OutsiderFolkArt Gallery
The HSBC tries hard to "think outside the box". This
month's Furry Friday exhibition features artists who
never set foot inside the box in the first place!
The OutsiderFolkArt
Gallery will be displaying a wide
variety of "outsider", self-taught, and non-traditionally
inspired artists.
As always, there'll be great food, beer, wine, and non-
alcholic beverages, courtesy of our wonderful
corporate partners and, best of all, it's free! Swing on
by, have a nibble and a swig, visit the animals, and
maybe buy some great art (a portion of the proceeds
always go to the animals). All this and more, this
Friday, April 13, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at the HSBC's
11th Street shelter.
