Tails of Hope

The Humane Society of Berks County is a place of hope.  However, for every tale of hope, there is a hard fact.  Below is a collection of ten Tails of Hope, reflecting some of the wonderful ways the HSBC has been able to help animals and people.  Click on the picture to read the Tail.  Each Tail is accompanied by a Hard Fact that demonstrates just how far animal welfare has to go in Berks County.
